The JARVIS SYSTEM

Victoria’s Boulay family founded the City of Sudbury in Ontario, being the world’s largest and deepest mining system on earth that was integral in winning both world wars and inspired the Superman, Man of Steel and Iton Man comics.

Thousands of feet underground it has a large Department of National Defence base, leading edge science labs, with tunnels of several stories in height running for over 10,000 kms in length over Ontario and beyond. It is connected with NORAD in North Bay, and is the likely site referenced by the KRYPTOS statue in front of the CIA HQ in Langley, Virginia.

Victoria’s father, Robert, was an esteemed Strategic Planner who would go into the base underground where he had meetings with Generals. The Department of National Defence was one of his clients aside of several Crown Corporations, Banks, the COG, and other extraordinary entities.

SNOlab in Sudbury connected its studies in Particle, Astro, Condensed Matter, and Plasma Physics by having what is seen as the world’s first private intranet built in the 1960s. It ran through these tunnels for hundreds of kilometres, connecting these hubs of scientific knowledge and military bases underground.

The central computer was placed at 222 Jarvis Street in Toronto, south of Sudbury, and also comprised the entirety of what appeared as a large warehouse aside of it. Victoria’s mother was a main frame programmer of the Jarvis System, and sometimes had to quickly leave at night when paged as the ‘system had crashed’. Victoria would play with pieces of the motherboard as a girl, and her mother arranged for her small Gufted class to visit inside of 222 Jarvis to see the computer.

These Black Operations connected with this significant feat of humanity, that also is so personal of Victoria and the toll it took on her small family to see its success, caused for many unsung heros to remain anonymous. Having selected to work on US Film and Television Studio sets for over a decade; Victoria became an expert within both the accomplishments of these black ops, yet also within the fictional world that reflects them.

The Iron Man comics introduced modern Artificial Intelligence to humanity through this reflection. Victoria’s impassioned efforts and insight behind the camera inspired many productions to give creative nods and Easter eggs to back Victoria’s work.

In May 2023, at the pinnacle of modern AI being released on humanity globally, Geoffrey Hinton resigned from Google while proclaiming his being the self titled “Godfather” of AI all through the media. What concerns Victoria more than his obvious play for notoriety, is the absolute silence and removal of the existence of the Jarvis System that U of T where Geoffrey worked was connected terminal.

Victoria was found to have a Genius IQ of 180 aside of having ESP abilities at the age of eight when she was placed into a ten year Gifted Program in Toronto. She is investing in Human Intelligence (HI) with the aim of providing advocacy and protection for the world’s brightest minds in the face of humanity, and the earth’s, largest threat.

Creating a Gifted Academy in Westchester New York while using her decades of creativity in books, gaming, and feature movies; Victoria plans to uplift human ability where it may be properly recognized and fortified to ensure the future of humanity on this earth and beyond.
