This book is the first of this memoir series of Clark’s early school years wherein she accurately predicted a tornado, a lottery jackpot, 9-11,  and advocated for the release of Nelson Mandela from prison for examples. Clark is said to be the very last of the kids to be selected and raised by these psychic spy soldiers as the U.S. unit was politically attacked and effectively declassified in the early 1990s. Yet when younger than seven, Clark astoundingly founded a scientific theory that qualified the validity of the unit’s psychic predictions within science that could have it reactivated, placing the phenomena within a function of time and memory.
